This will be a tough month, but mainly for the mutable signs of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, and Sagittarius. Either way, you will come through this month fine, but I do admit that there will be a few trying moments.
As you begin September, a full moon in Pisces on September 4 will require you to finish up a big work project, fast. This full moon will be in positive angle to Mars, now in your eighth house of commissions, licensing deals, loans, credit, and other chunks of money, so it may help you see a one-time influx of cash, most likely from this work project. Mercury will go retrograde from September 7 to 29, and part of the time Mercury will be in Libra. This means you will feel this period more than most. Delay until October signing any important papers. If you are forced to sign, realize that the agreement won't be as profitable or as enjoyable as you expect it to be. September 15 brings an opposition of Saturn in Virgo to Uranus in Pisces. These two planets will cut across your sixth and twelfth houses and ask you what kind of work you would prefer to do. Often we feel trapped in a job, but that's almost never the case. If you are really unhappy, this opposition will allow you to make changes. Saturn rules all things established, tried, and true. Uranus, however, will challenge Saturn to innovate and to try something new. At the very least, you will be coaxed to try new methods to use in your everyday job, and once you try them, you are likely to find your life is easier and more productive. On September 17 - the day I feel will be the toughest of the month - Saturn will conjunct the Sun, and Uranus will oppose the Sun. Saturn will ask you to be very, very realistic (in the extreme sense) and Uranus will bring sudden news and ask you respond quickly.
A co-worker or subordinate even at home - say in terms of a nanny or housekeeper - will be very unpredictable. You may have to hire someone else to fill in, or you may be upset with his or her behavior. Alternatively, a project could reach a crisis stage where things go wrong, so don't be so booked that you have no ability to oversee the project and find solutions.
The sixth house rules your health too, so you will have to be very careful to protect yourself from colds and flu. If you discover anything that seems "off," you will want to get yourself checked out. A doctor will likely know how to help you. Any type of health concern will take you by surprise. That's probably because you will be so centered on your work this month, but no matter, there will be qualified medical people to help you. Take full advantage.

The new moon September 18 will bring more difficult aspects, for Saturn and Uranus will now conjunct and oppose the new moon, respectively. This is a powerful set of aspects, sure to upset the established order of things. Things are changing in your office, and it may seem a bit chaotic.
The message will be, "Be realistic." This month will not allow any room for wishful thinking, and I think that is what will make it so very difficult for most people. Most of us need a little fantasy during tough times, but this month will be all about facing facts, letting go of pretense, and dealing what "is" rather than what "might be." The handwriting will be on the wall, but what you decide to do about what you see on that wall will be up to you.
This new moon September 18 will fall in your twelfth house, so you may find that you are running back and forth to a hospital or dentist's office, either for yourself or to be present for a beloved relative or friend.

Actually this new moon will also be an ideal one for seeking help from a therapist for a psychological concern or for beating a bad habit. If you have a goal to give up smoking or to stop overeating, as two examples, this would be the month to get help. The same would be true if an event in childhood other trauma has prevented you from living the life you know you deserve. Seek help just after September 18.
At work, you may have to keep your antenna up for political plotting by co-workers in your department. The problem person won't be someone that you report to but rather someone on your level or who reports to you that needs to be watched. I don't want to make you overly anxious about this possibility but rather more aware that something may be amiss and happening right under your nose.
Remember, astrology is about looking at probability curves rise and fall, so even though I see something in your chart, due to the position of Saturn and Uranus, it does not necessarily mean you will be the victim of co-worker jealously or gossip (or anything else you can think of that would be considered undesirable).
When it comes to the future of your career and reputation, you have nothing to worry about. Just the opposite - it looks like you'll have a new job to celebrate soon (if it has not already happened)! Mars just recently entered your tenth house of honors, awards, achievement, and fame on August 25. As a result, you may have already been approached by your boss or a headhunter with news about a possible promotion or new position elsewhere. If not, you have until October 15 to see this happen.
